1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made to reserve a puppy or secure a spot on our waiting list are non-refundable. Deposits confirm your commitment and guarantee that your puppy or position in line is held exclusively for you. Once received, your spot is removed from availability to other families.

💰 Deposit Structure:
    •    Step 1 – Waiting List Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to join our waiting list. This ensures your place in line to select from upcoming litters.
    •    Step 2 – Puppy Selection Deposit: Once puppies arrive and you choose your puppy, an additional $500–$1,000 deposit (depending on the price of the puppy) will be due to reserve that specific puppy.
    •    Both deposits are applied toward the final purchase price.

Accepted Payment Methods:
    •    Zelle
    •    Walmart-to-Walmart
    •    MoneyGram
    •    (Other approved methods may be discussed if necessary.)

2. Waiting List Policy

Our paid waiting list does not expire.
Once your initial $500 deposit is received, your name is permanently added to our priority list in the order deposits are received.
    •    You will be contacted when new litters are born and given the opportunity to select your puppy based on your position.
    •    If your preferred color, coat type, or gender isn’t available, your deposit automatically rolls over to the next litter—no time limit and no penalty for waiting.
    •    You may remain on the waiting list as long as needed until your perfect puppy becomes available.
    •    Please keep your contact information current to ensure timely communication when new litters arrive.

 

3. Refunds & Transfers

All deposits and payments are non-refundable, but they are transferable toward another puppy or litter at any time if:
    •    Your chosen puppy becomes unavailable due to breeder discretion (for example, the puppy is retained for our program or has a health concern).
    •    You decide to wait for a future litter with a preferred color, coat, or gender.

Deposits remain valid indefinitely and may be applied toward any future litter or available puppy.

4. Final Payments

The final balance is due one week prior to pickup or delivery.
    •    If picking up in person, the remaining balance must be paid in cash at pickup.
    •    Puppies must be picked up within three (3) days of their scheduled go-home date unless boarding arrangements have been approved in advance.
    •    Boarding fees will apply if additional time is needed.

 

5. Breeder Rights

Hot Stuff Frenchies of Georgia reserves the right to:
    •    Refuse a sale if we determine a home is not a suitable fit for one of our puppies.
    •    Retain any puppy for our breeding program prior to completion of sale.

In such cases, your deposit will be transferred toward another puppy or future litter of your choice.

6. Acknowledgment

By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund & Waiting List Policy.
This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and protection for both the buyer and the breeder throughout the adoption process.
