Welcome to Hot Stuff Frenchies of Georgia!
By submitting a deposit, joining our waiting list, or purchasing a puppy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to protect both buyer and breeder while ensuring every puppy receives exceptional care.

1. General Terms

All puppies are sold by Hot Stuff Frenchies of Georgia under these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website or by written request.

2. Deposits & Payments
    •    All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another puppy or future litter.
    •    A $500 waiting list deposit secures your permanent position on our waiting list.
    •    Once puppies are born and you select your puppy, an additional $500–$1,000 deposit (depending on the total price) is required to reserve that puppy.
    •    All deposits are applied toward the total purchase price.
    •    The remaining balance is due one week prior to pickup or delivery.

💳 Accepted Payment Methods:
Zelle, Walmart-to-Walmart, MoneyGram, cash (for in-person pickup), and financing through Terrace Finance.
Other payment methods may be available upon request.

3. Pricing

Pricing is determined by color, coat type, structure, and pedigree. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to a deposit being placed.
Once a deposit is received, your price is locked in and guaranteed.

4. Health Guarantee

All puppies come with a written Health Guarantee covering congenital or hereditary conditions as outlined in the Purchase Agreement.
The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery to validate the guarantee.

5. Transportation, Handoff & Responsibility

Buyers may choose from the following transportation options:
    •    Local Pickup (Augusta, GA)
    •    Ground Transport (cost varies by distance)
    •    Flight Nanny Service (TLC Flight Nanny or approved carrier)

Once the puppy leaves Hot Stuff Frenchies of Georgia’s care—whether through pickup, ground delivery, or handoff to a flight nanny or transport company—the buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy’s health, safety, and well-being.

The breeder is not liable for any stress, illness, or injury that may occur after pickup, delivery, or handoff. Once in the buyer’s or carrier’s possession, the puppy’s ongoing care becomes the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Spay or Neuter Policy

Puppies sold as pets are not required to be spayed or neutered.
Early alteration can interfere with proper growth and development and will void the Health Guarantee and all breeder support.

Always speak with your veterinarian about the appropriate age and timing for spaying or neutering to ensure the best long-term health outcome for your puppy.

7. Boarding Policy

If a puppy cannot be picked up within three (3) days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date listed in the contract:
    •    A boarding fee of $25 per day will apply beginning on day four.
    •    The buyer is responsible for any additional vaccinations or deworming required during the extended stay.
    •    All boarding fees must be paid in full prior to release or delivery of the puppy.

During boarding, Hot Stuff Frenchies of Georgia will continue to provide premium care, proper nutrition, and daily attention until pickup.

8. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing a puppy, the buyer agrees to:
    •    Provide quality veterinary care, nutrition, and a safe indoor environment.
    •    Maintain up-to-date vaccinations and parasite prevention.
    •    Protect the puppy from overexertion, rough handling, and extreme temperatures.
    •    Notify the breeder if rehoming ever becomes necessary; the breeder will assist in placement when possible.

 

9. Refunds & Cancellations
    •    All deposits and payments are non-refundable, but transferable to another puppy or litter.
    •    If a chosen puppy becomes unavailable due to breeder discretion (for example, the breeder retains the puppy or determines it’s not ready for placement), the buyer may transfer the deposit to another available or future puppy.
    •    No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Once the puppy leaves our care, Hot Stuff Frenchies of Georgia is not responsible for:
    •    Any illness, stress, or injury that occurs after pickup or handoff to a nanny, transport company, or buyer.
    •    Veterinary or transportation expenses incurred after transfer.
    •    Any emotional or financial losses resulting from unforeseen situations once the puppy is in the buyer’s care.

Ownership and full responsibility transfer to the buyer immediately upon handoff or pickup.

11. Breeding Rights

All puppies are sold with Full Breeding Rights unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized resale, misrepresentation of breeder name, or breeding of a pet-only puppy without permission is prohibited and voids all guarantees.

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, photos, videos, and written content are property of Hot Stuff Frenchies of Georgia and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

13. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared or sold to third parties except when required for transport or financing.
